First useful post on this issue after an hour on YT. Thanks.
Don't use aftermarket OEM quality parts when fixing anything made by GM. I have been there with those crappy O'Reilleys and Autozone parts. They fail and you have to do the job again. After a failed aftermatket water pump that only lasted a year, it caused a head gasket to go. I replaced sensors too and they only lasted a year, and failed again when I used aftermarket parts. My mechanic only uses genuine GM parts which he orders fron Rock Auto. Using that crap from O'Reilleys and Auto Zone is asking for a bigger problem down the road.
The video doesn't help because it doesn't show how to remove and reinstall the part, nor does it show a part number or a store that sells the part.
Do you still offer this service?
Useless video
Do you know where is the coolant bleeder screw located in this car?
It would be best if you buy the bleeding funnel from advance auto or Autozune. You won’t go wrong with, it cost about $50
Good luck, watch video on UA-cam how to use it
Same problem on my camry thanks for the video.🎉🎉
Thank you!
What's the name of the part you replace that is now working
The car jacks not on the corrct spot. Youre going to damage the kicker pannels
Where u located
Loosen the cooler/filter assembly, lift it up a half inch, tighten your switch, put the cooler/ filter back down. Done. Chrysler rocket science

Hey man how many engine mount total does this bad boy have?
This is the best video to get this job done. I would like to add this tip. 1 remove the 10mm bolt on top of the heat shield for the rack and pinion and 2 while you have it out blow remove and clean your reservoir. Additionally blow your lines out to remove and dirt or debris. Excellent video sir and you have a new follower. Thank you
Good video. Short and to the point. Thanks
Thank you for letting us know about that bracer way in the bottom back. U r the man!!!
hello friend, do you repair pumps for Porsches? If you are interested in teaching me, give me the amount you charge. how do i contact you?
Thanks for posting this - you are right that bolt is a pain in the ass! The two 10 mm harness bolts are accessible with stock ride height if you turn the wheel left full lock, but the rear 12 mm is definitely easiest to get off from the block and pull the whole damn thing out with the alternator, stock ride height best off to take the tire or jack the body up as the video shows - if you have a two or three inch lift the brake line gets in your way so just get the suspension to full droop with a jack or just yank the tire - honestly having done this taking the tire is the easiest route!
All you got to do is remove the tire remove the shroud take those lines loose then take the ac compressor loose( you don't have to take the ac lines loose) let it drop down then take the idler pulley off then you can take the alternator loose. Reverse to install. Mitchell1 call for 5.3 hours but you can do it in 1.5 hrs. Good way to build them hours up.
For the flag timers out there
Great content Brother Thanks
Really good video mate I live in Australia and had been having overheating issues with my DGE Your vid fixed it Thanks 👍

What can the problem be when 2014 path finder jerks when acceleration at 20 moh and vehicle jerks hard
I have the exact same year Pathfinder and have the exact same problem… The thing is, on the 2014 Pathfinder the CVT fluid needs to be changed every 20K to 30K miles, which is crazy often as many cars/suvs/etc rarely need transmission fluid changes. Anyway, after some research, I found that the CVT fluid is put under a lot of temperature stress, and loses its viscosity, causing the stuttering/slipping that you are experiencing. Although whatever damage has been done can’t really be reversed, changing the CVT fluid can make a significant difference. There’s about 10 quarts of transmission fluid in the transmission but you’re only going to be able to get about 5 quarts out….so if possible, replace the fluid and then run the car for a month or two and then replace the fluid again and you’ll have replaced about 3/4 of it which should make a significant difference. Note: You only really need to replace the fluid twice in a one-month period (as I mentioned above) if it hasn’t been changed in a really long time… If you’ve changed it every 20,000 to 30,000 miles you only need to do it once. Doing it twice just allows you to replace most of the fluid since each transmission fluid change only really changes about 5 quarts out of 10. No matter what you still want to make sure to replace it every single 20,000 to 30,000 miles. Also, when you’re just barely moving, like on a slow road or in traffic, use the button on the side of the stick shift to turn off overdrive… This will keep the transmission from slipping when you are moving extremely slowly… Just make sure to re-enable overdrive when you start going faster again. Basically, disabling automatic overdrive will move that stuttering to a higher point (in regards to the speed) before you feel it… in my case, it moved it from about 5-10 mph to about 25-35 mph… so I use it on the very slow roads or in traffic and then turn it off once I start moving faster. The indicator is a little confusing because normally automatic overdrive is on and when you press the button you’ll get a little indicator on the dashboard that says that it’s off… Also, when you turn off the car and turn it back on, the car resets to its normal default position which is overdrive on and it will also automatically go back to that default whenever you go in reverse. What’s really confusing is trying to explain it to somebody else because when they press the button they’re not turning it on, they’re actually turning it off… It’s like saying “enable the disable of automatic overdrive” LOL! Anyway, the primary reason for the stuttering issue is that the transmission fluid loses viscosity because the transmission runs too hot most of the time… Replacing the filter will also help a lot and if you are so inclined, you could add a separate transmission fluid cooler to your Pathfinder (looks like a separate mini-radiator) and that should actually increase longevity of your fluid, but you still want to make sure to replace it at least every 20,000 to 30,000 miles. Also, make sure to buy the correct fluid that is NS-3 compatible. It doesn’t have to be NISSAN Brand but it does have to be an NS-3 compatible…. Castrol and Triax make compatible fluid, but still read the label and ensure the one you buy says NS-3 compatible. By the way, you’re going to notice that there is no dipstick for transmission fluid, just search UA-cam and you’ll find some videos on how to test the fluid level of the transmission… It’s a bit ridiculous, but it works, the only thing special that you’ll need is a temperature gauge… Any infrared temperature gauge should work fairly well provided it’s decently accurate. Also, make sure that your car is on a level surface or jack up one of the car to make sure that the transmission is level when you do the fluid level test as that will affect the flow of the fluid… (You’ll understand when you watch the video about checking the level). I changed the fluid on my Pathfinder (twice in a few months after 90,000 miles without a change by previous owner) when I got it and it made a significant difference… I am just about to do it again and I am considering replacing the filter as well. Hope this helps.
Another thing… another easy way to make sure the transmission fluid level is good is that When draining the old fluid out, make sure to capture it all and so that you know how much to put back in again… Just replace exactly the amount that you extracted and you’ll be fine… this won’t help you if your transmission fluid is a bit low, but at least you know you’re not overfilling it if you are not capable of doing the test (as described in UA-cam videos).
@GearGuy just recently my car just stop running. I went to numerous mechanics, and they said they wouldn't change the fluid cause it would break down anyway .As my wife was coming home with my baby she said it did the jitter then she was unable to get any acceleration after 20 and she seen white smoke and pull over .Luckily the AC worked and my baby and her kept cool till tow arrived in 98 Degree weather. Now I need it fixed only vehicle in house and scared to trust anyone now . Lyft is getting expensive.
@@cashrule7356 if the CVT went on the Nissan, then you probably will need to go to a Nissan dealership… A new transmission runs like several thousand dollars… and that was before the latest run up in inflation and art shortages. I’m not sure if it’s worth putting into the car since even a replacement transmission is eventually going to have the problem since the CVT is a well-known issue with Nissans… although changing the transmission fluid regularly, might put the problem off for quite a while on a new transmission… But I don’t even know if I’d bet on that. I really can’t believe that NTSC has not forced Nissan to resolve the issue permanently.
Swear if I ever meet the dumbass engineer who thought it would be a good idea to put a brace on the back of the alternator where no human can actually reach it, ill kick their ass up and down both sides of the street I find them on…
Were the other windows working. Only my drivers door has failed and the lock switch but can control the other windows from drivers door control panel. Thank you
Did you find the problem?I'm experiencing the same thing
4runner is body on frame. You can lift it by frame and suspension will hang
Good troubleshooting, Bruh! Thanks!
Thanks no I now where the fuse box ..😮
Terrible spot for the Jack. Just remove your front driver tire and you have access to the bolt
I have a pooo1 code that say fuel pressure regulator open circuit. Is it a bad fuel pump?or just regulator?
I'm doing this job right now and this job is a nightmare
I've got one I'm working on. Water is coming out of that too. Heck, the front door had more water. LOL Can you say, design flaw! LOL
So confusing this did not help me.
Hi I need a fuel pump for my benz......can you send me a Dela so I can buy one....please
Thanks for the tips!
Show removal start to finish
🤦🏾
How the fuck did you get the wheel bearing and hub out? Your title is misleading.
My sonata 2009 limited also, fluctuates full and then drops down to empty, replaced whol fuel pump, still having the same issues i need to check this connector will get back to you guys, hope this video help me out.
You guys did it all hard. Get the pulley off after its all unbolted with the pump pulley removal. While it’s in there. And put the pulley back on while it’s back in there but not bolted yet. That’s how I did it simple and faster.
I just did same on my 2015 Traverse. Took longer to take the wheel and tie rod off.
Thats for code p06dd?
That jack is in a terrible spot bro
